Some of the images appear to be duplicates of the exact same image.

ZK and ZN are identical even down to the white reflections in the water.

ZM, ZP, ZR and ZS are the same image.

ZO and ZL are the same image.

All that's left really is try and understand why her sleeve isn't showing in some of the images in the sequence, and only another look at the video will answer that question, I assume it's because the light source was interrupted by something on the surface, probably by another survivor moving close to her, and as it's Puentes taking the video, it was probably he who got between her and the sun.

When her sleeve isn't showing, it's possible to assume that is an ARM - but it isn't. It's part of the lifevest, which goes around the back. So let me make this suggestion:

I posted four images of the ‘person’ - and you are correct, two appear to be identical. I picked them at random from the ten that were in that sequence.

Now I looked again, and there are THREE that are the same. Serves me right, I did say I wanted nothing more to do with it, and then got sucked in again. Don’t ping me please, if I get any more frustrated I’ll do my computer and injury.
