The politicians and bureaucrats that sent them are much softer targets.THOSE WHO GIVE THE ORDERS. I've been saying that for a long time. But you have to ID them up front, before the SHTF. Learn their workplaces, their homes, their travel habits, their recreation. They should just disappear, or have "accidents".
