Very long “race”. 9.5 hours or so with a 6.5 hour rain delay right in the middle of it.

I second your “oh my”. Good for Jr. Good for Letarte. Good for NASCAR. You can’t help but think this’ll carry Jr. a long way this year. Haven’t looked at points yet. Hadn’t updated my roster for about 2 weeks so it could be very, very grim for the ‘Raiders.

Dunno if 8th is a good thing or a bad thing. One thing I do know is that WCG probably had to change 'er undies. Best '500 I've seen and happy to catch it. Started the 5 hours of recorded race on the DVR about 4:30 and quickly discovered the rain delay. Went to a live Fox feed and the lads were on the first lap after the long delay. Celebrated the victory w/more ice-cream and this:

I didn’t get to see the end of the race but I did see a clip on NASCAR.com. Congrats to all the Junior fans. There are so many good cars on the track now any win is a huge accomplishment. After the rain delay that was some good racin. Maybe they should do that more often.
