*disgust!*..it seems, the Democ'Rat/Capone/Rahm Chicago methodology;
has crept throughout the lower 48, it's "too inconvenience" to obey the
Bill of Rights..so just kill 'em all..it's so much easier (less paperwork) and
make the DA's offer the excuses for the LEOs extra-legal actions
