No. There are two separate forensic investigations:
1. Is the LFBC a true and correct copy of the original?
2. What are the true facts surrounding Barry’s birth?
Proving that the LFBC was forged does not answer the second question. Proving that the WH LFBC was forged does not prove what is or is not in the HI vault or whether Barry was or was not born in HI or anywhere else or who his parents were.
However, if the second question can be answered, such as finding a living Kenya birth witness or Kenyan official with access to Kenyan birth records, and the evidence and testimony would survive in federal court (or Congress) that refutes facts claimed on the LFBC, then Congress can investigate and overturn the “full faith and credit” protection firewall that HI DOH has relied on so far.
Also for those who haven’t had a chance to listen to the video:
Gallops said something very close to: “ When you “get to” the birth certificate issue (at the press event I think he meant), that’s really a done deal. All of the people out there who have been marginalized, as birthers, will be vindicated.”
While making that statement he rambles and stresses that this vindication is ONLY about those who are mocked for thinking the White House released birth certificate is not up to snuff, and NOT those who question where obama was born, as Zullo has not investigated anything along those lines.
SO again I note that he does not imply that the information contained on the released “long form birth certificate” is incorrect or fraudulent, but that the document itself certainly is, and can be proved fraudulent.
I get no sense that they have information about obamas birth circumstances, but just the proof needed to destroy the validity of the “document” purported to be obamas long form birth certificate.
I think the two investigations are targeting different things altogether. I sense the second investigation is something quite different than the whole birth issue.
