I guess that would depend on which year you are speaking of. A year is a complete rotation around the sun. This makes a year is relative to your location. A year on earth is not the same as another planet. One earth year is equal to approx 365 earth days while a year on Jupiter is equal to approx 4332 earth days. A year based on God’s location my be very different to one based on an earth year.

I also believe that the bible mixes heavenly time and earth time. I am not sure how to tell which is which but it’s obvious that a day is not always a day and a year is not always a year. Just my 2 cents....
