The fact that you do not recognize that you cannot perform exacting forensic procedures on a JPEG posted on the Internet tells me that you simply don’t get it.
No buddy, *YOU* don't get it. You seem to believe that there is some process which will copy an "original record", move some of the typewritten characters over half a space but not others, and leave the underlying form perfectly intact.
It requires an extraordinary lack of understanding to suggest such a thing, and your claim that ONLY an original record must be used is just silly.
