The hard copies of the long form can be subpoenaed by a congressional committee to see if they really exist. No subpoena has been issued.
“Established” by whom? The state of Hawaii says that they furnished two hard copies that were photocopied onto security paper, signed and sealed by the state Registrar and that Judith Corley, White House Attorney picked those copies up at the Hawaii Department of Health.
