Well, yeah. There’ no money to be made for Austin in rousting thugs. It’s much easier, and more profitable, to shake down the tourists on Sixth.
I should say “around” not “at”. (wouldn’t give an exact address, of course)
Would like a response, though, if anyone is familiar with this area.

Never heard of this. What is it about a divorce agreement that forces one to not leave a city for another?
They have joint custody, if one leaves, then the other gets full custody. They both agreed to it, and had it written into the divorce.
