I’ve never seen it.

What I’m saying is if a person is irresponsible enough to use marijuana while on the job, you will not need to ask them, you will know right away.

Just the same as if a person is irresponsible enough to drink on the job, you will know right away.

The one that is much easier to conceal is cocaine.

But if you ask those people if they are using cocaine on the job, they are going to tell you no.

The best question to ask is of yourself.

And that question is are the people that I do business with on a daily basis or otherwise providing me the services that I need in a responsible way and in a manner that pleases me.

If the answer is yes, then you’re fine.

If the answer is no, then make a change.

What people do in their off time really isn’t any of your business so long as those activities aren’t affecting you or your business directly.
