Since you are being finicky about the word “use,” both cannabis and alcohol are used in cooking. The latter is used for flavoring and loses its intoxicating effects via evaporation during the heating process.

Oh, come on with 'use'. The verb is 'smoke'. In Colorado it has been the 'edibles' that have been selling out first -- Washington State expects the same in June and is planning accordingly.
