The only people who can survive in such a scenario are the super-rich who can afford the huge health care costs, and the perpetual dependent class, those who have nothing to lose to begin with.

The middle class is increasingly squeezed and ultimately destroyed.

There is a third group: Those that simply never incur huge health care costs. After all, it isn’t the norm. At least, it souldn’t be. The human body is not that shodily made. I’m 60 and have not cost any insurance company much money. If I ever get cancer I will simply die. Treatment would be stupid.

Then again, if I were not a Christian I may have a different attitude about extending my life at all costs.
