My point was that the incidence of dog shooting by cops seems to be more frequent. Of course some dogs do bite and nobody wants to be bitten. But the increased frequency of the shootings begs the question: Have the dogs changed, or has the police attitude toward killing them changed?

Shooting feral dogs (as opposed to someone’s pet) has always been okay.

Never mind whether it’s just being reported more often.

This dude was a squatter and being in a vacant house, that could have been just a stray dog with no human. Little sympathy here.
