If he shot at her as she was backing into him I’d be ok with it. She was putting his life in danger. Although there’s an argument that his stepping out of the car into that position was what put him in danger.

Him running beside her car to shoot at her is murder in my book.

I’m no defender of cops, but I’ve put myself in both people’s shoes here. Based on what is in the video, I think that guy should no longer be a cop, but from the evidence presented, he shouldn’t see jail time.

And her backing her car into a police car, nearly crushing the legs of an armed police officer, put her in danger. Apparently.

Lesson: Don’t mess with armed human beings while emotions and adrenilin is flowing. You are liable to get shot.
