I have an appointment with my neuro surgeon again...tuesday, to talk about the cervical disc, the hands and the left arm. I have to get with him to get the diagnosis. He will probably have me go through tests for the carpal tunnel just to rule it out (or not). I tried to buy the traction unit and was told I would need a script even getting it from an ebay sales. Some of them have disclosures that say “if a prescription is required to own this product, you will be expected to provide one after winning the item”. I can’t seem to win for losing! :-/ Grrr!
Sure wishing I could get it...I need relief. I’m just so dang tired of the pain.
Another issue...I had failed to test my PT and INR for my blood thickness since my last surgery. I got it tested the other day at my lung doctor’s office and it was extremely elevated. Normal for being on bloodthinners is 1 ... mine was at 4.9 I’m not suppose to be cutting anything or handling anything that could cause a cut, a hole or a bruise. Yet I have to cook, and that means cutting the chicken, peeling the taters and dicing them.
Still waiting for the disabiility decision. It’s still with quality control. They are past the date I was told was normal. They got it on the 25th of March, they are suppose to have it for approx 2 weeks. Yet I’m still waiting. :(
