If you want to reduce weight (with absolutely zero exercise) I can’t recommend the “juice fast” enough. I’m 5 days into it, have barely felt hungry and not weak at all, and have dropped 13 pounds. My fiancee and brother are having similar results. This was all inspired by the movie “Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead”.
I would love to do something to lose weight but I can’t afford a diet regimine at this time. I’m not sure I’ve seen the “Juice Fast” diet, I would definitely be interested when I have an income, could you send me a link or some additional information on it? Thank you!
