touch the disc and it will tell you what area that the disc controls. Lumbar is colon, bladder, legs, etc.

T zone will get a arm, C zone neck, shoulder and head pain.

And some of those drugs you need to look up, gabapentin causes muscle pain as does amitriptiline. besides they are addictive. Sleep in a recliner, works for me most of the time. Stretches out the spine taking pressure off pinched nerves.

My DX is -3.1 and NO one will touch me to repair anything. Unless it is repaired I will have to live in pain. Because I can’t take the dam# drugs because of the side effects.

I will have to try to find a way to get a recliner. Sounds like it would help...but I can't get one until I'm approved for disability as there is no funds to get it now. I love that link, such good information! Thank you for sharing it!
