I think even Joan Collins played a villain on an episode.

I was in the Army 1964 - 1967 and whenever that show was on TV the room was very crowded and the troops very engaged and vocal emulating all the sounds of impact.

Yea, Robin faced off with Kato. Just about the stupidest thing I ever saw.

I’ve seen the “My Living Doll” episodes. She plays a mean piano too.
WRT the Monkees video, having Julie nibble your ear while riding a motorcycle is dangerously distracting!

I’m old enough to have seen this when it first came on TV.
Never missed it.

Burt Ward, the Robin actor, said later in an interview that Lee “scared the crap out of me”.

I remember when I made a visit to Sun Valley, where Adam lived at the time, someone told me to look him up in the local phone book..
And I can testify that this is exactly what was in the phone book:

I saw a Batman car in the 1970s. I remember it had this odd surface like felt or something. Or a horrible paint job. Surely not one of the glossy black models. I finally saw that one a few years back (I think at a car show George Barris was at).
My understanding is that was the model used inside the batcave since it had the "fur" to dampen down reflections from the studio lights.

What do you call Batman and Robin after they were run over by a truck?
Flatman and Ribbon, of course.
