i’m late to the thread tonight,but yeah it’s been a little rough.
So far I did like folsom prison and whatever Majesty sang.
And I think Harry C. was right and something was throwing them off and it wasn’t just nerves. That’s seemed to get better as the show goes along so maybe Randy was right too and they are adjusting stuff as they go.
That’s not quite fair to the first few singers.
I don’t get the whole idea of listening to yourself while your singing a song, i think it would be completely distracting, like when you get an echo on the phone.

I don't get it either. And apparently they don't get a chance to practice singing with the ear pieces, or they're forced on them. I remember Idols from earlier seasons pulling out the pieces in mid-song because it was messing them up.
