After making it through half of it, I'm convinced what we should have done in Iraq with Fallujah, was to ship over a few thousand Liberian soldiers as "peace keepers", dropped them off near Fallujah, Tikrit, and the other Sunni strongholds, and told them "the place is yours if you can keep it".
