I knew a guy who would go to the bar, pick out the best looking girl, and walk out with her within a half hour. His method involved talking about himself and flashing a huge wad of cash. These girls were middle to upper middle class. He looked and dressed like a 1970s used car salesman. He never failed, and he never dated them a second time.
Women are terrible judges of men.

I remember this time when I was stationed on board a ship...
There was this one guy who was a real horn-dog. He could get l@id no matter what port we were in. I remember him making a bet to htree of us that he could go downtown and find a woman to go ‘home’ with him in less than fifteen minutes.
We followed him to downtown Seattle and waited for quitting time... And damn if he didn’t do it! The fifth or maybe sixth woman he talked to put her arm through his and off they went.
I knew then some guys had ‘it’ some didn’t. I certainly did not although thirty years later I am very happily married to my second wife and life... Life is wonderful.
