Peplum is an ornamental ruffle on a dress or jacket near the waist, I think.
Bandeau just means strapless with heavy wiring, probably.
A fold over ankle boot probably is just a boot with the upper part made of such soft material it can be folded over, like a cuff.
Baseball cap, no makeup, mens’ shirt and jacket with Levi’s 501s or sweatpants and athletic shoes has always been my standard uniform when I don’t want to be noticed. A nice flattening athletic bra also helps.
Hey some of us notice ladies like that. Especially if they have a ponytail. It just screams low-maintenance and fun-loving.
