You seriously maintain that it’s warmer in Norway than in Wisconsin? That’s interesting. I have often wondered how people in Scandinavia could survive their terribly long dark winters. Advice would be most welcome.
In Oslo, I think we’ve had only a couple days below freezing (barely). The dark used to bother me only light between 10a-2p. But I’ve gotten used to it. It helps to have bright lights/candles in the house and makes you really appreciate spring and summer. I’ve never lived above the Arctic Circle so I can’t speak to the month of total darkness and its actually warmer in some Northern parts than here in Oslo, been happening since 2007.
