I just watched a wonderful 2.5 hour movie starring Gregory Peck called “The Scarlet and The Black”. (Lots of RED in that one!)
It was about a Monsignor in the Vatican in WW2 who saved a lot of Allied POW’s and Jews, based on a true story.
It was riveting. I highly recommend it.
Thanks for the recommendation, ML..Sounds familiar but it would have been awhile since I have seen it..Would enjoy it again I know.
