Radiation is not always observable. The amount of steam, in itself, means nothing.

Non-event all over again. Nothing to see here; move along little doggie...TEPCO the Japanese gubmint and our own gubmint will tell us EVERYTHING we need to know, ‘cause we too damned stoopid.
I’ll also have to go look up all the observable radiation, cause it’s so dangerous and easy to avoid and I’m too stooped to know I should usually be able to see a radiation danger.
