But the d.c. suburb areas will be okay due to all the govt. workers living in some of the most expensive counties and towns in the country. Outlying areas of the beautiful state of VA. Not so much. Blue states should be singing the blues.

Any industry or corporation that would locate a new facility in a Blue state should fire their board of directors. The Democrats are killers of commerce.

Reagan put the Democratic philosophy best when he said: “The government's view of the economy could be summed up in a few short phrases: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. And if it stops moving, subsidize it”.

The Democrats firmly believe it isn’t worth doing unless the government is paying you to do it. This is not a good way to run a state and business is better off finding somewhere else to do business.
