Nope, just season to taste, pack the jar as tight as you can and leave about an inch or so headroom. Open and heat for instant roast beef.
BTW, they had a limit of two. So I buzzed the backroom of the butchers and told them I wanted 2, 20 pound roast. No problem, I had my 2 limit.
