Reminds me of a story I just heard.

Man goes into a Drug Store and asks the clerk..."What can you give me for an erection that lasts for hours hours and won't go away. I'm not currently taking any medications." Woman tells him..."I'm just a clerk, my sister is the pharmacist, I'll go ask her."
