The wood appeared to be new and well constructed ... the concrete blocks seemed new and well laid up ... I didn't notice any wiring, but if I had to make a judgemnet based on the news video, I'd say it was not falling down nor rotting away.

If I had to make a judgement based on the fantastic technology of google .. I'd say the house was uncared for on a continual basis, but ... there was a dog asleep on the back ... what was that?
