I sometimes wonder if Bob was getting dementia. He was a behind the scenes heavy lifter here, and it was a sad thing to see him self-destruct.
I agree about Bob. My wife and I liked him, personally, having met him at several gatherings. A stand-up guy who would give you the shirt off his back. I really couldn’t understand why he was so rabid about Sarah Palin, and especially nasty to her supporters.
Not having him here is one of the reasons it now takes two months to get through a quarterly FReepathon.
