I can’t even imagine the number of men, size/scale of machinery and equipment, or even how many years, it took to clean-up Pearl Harbor of all the debris, after the 12/7 attack.

Had access to the south tip of Waipio Point for some testing. The superstructure of the Arizona is said to have been left there after it was removed.

There was indeed a bunch of rusted steel plating piled around, some with lots of rivets. Nothing recognizable.

Lots of wood from wharfs and such, too. Figures lots of the docks got the heck blown out of them and had to be removed.
