As I’ve been scanning the Cyber Monday all week deals at Amazon, I’ve thought of you because they have lots of fishing stuff. You should check it out.
I may have to do that. I’ve gotten into making most of my own gear, as I really hate the jerks at the tackle shop down the street and I can rarely find the heavy duty gear I prefer when shopping online.
I pour all my own lead sinkers and make the jigs, as the prices in the store are nuts. I trade finished stuff for scrap lead, and having friends who are plumbers, roofers and demolition guys gets me a pretty good supply. I got over a half a ton of x-ray room shielding lead last spring. That made quite a few sinkers.
