Objects further out move sloooooooowly, the closer they get to the sun, the faster they move due to gravitational attraction. Then after perhihelion, they slow down again.]
That this stuff crops up, and the same people (Nancy Lieder, Paul Begley, Terral03) are being quoted as being credible makes me laugh.
