Nope.
The only thing I was wrong about is that it was Roger Goodell and not Tagliabue.
When a stand-up guy like Kurt Warner says “they knew what plays we were going to run” you know somethings up.
Same with Marshall Faulk and Issac Bruce, 3 guys that are some of the most respected to have ever played the game and will all end up in the HOF
Belichick was fined $500,000 and the team was fined $250,000 because of the Spygate incident. The Patriots also forfeited a first-round draft pick.

Of course Goodell is going to destroy the evidence and say that SB 36 wasn’t comprimised - Billions are bet on the SB and if any evidence came out that the outcome of the game was comprimised due to cheating, what would happen to the multi-Billion dollar industry known as the NFL?
It would cost them Billions, along with the gaming establishments.
Goodell fined Billicheck and the Patriots 750k and a 1st round pick for taping a regular season game practice. You don’t think this is the first and only time they did that?
And they certainly wouldn’t do it in the biggest game in franchise history at the time under Billicheck, would they?
HOF Running Back Marshall Faulk:
“Am I over the loss? Yeah, I’m over the loss. But I’ll never be over being cheated out of the Super Bowl. That’s a different story,” Faulk said, according to a story by Tom Curran of Comcast SportsNet New England. “I can understand losing a Super Bowl, that’s fine . . . But how things happened and what took place. Obviously, the commissioner gets to handle things how he wants to handle them but if they wanted us to shut up about what happened, show us the tapes. Don’t burn ‘em.”
Either that statement is slanderous and actionable, or it’s true.
The fact that neither the Patriots or the NFL chose to take legal actions for defamation speaks volumes.
“Faulk says the Rams installed new plays for the game against the Patriots, and that the Patriots seemed to be so perfectly prepared for them that Faulk believes they must have used espionage.
I understand Bill is a great coach, Faulk said. But No. 13 [Kurt Warner] will tell you. Mike Martz will tell you. We had some plays in the red zone that we hadnt ran. . . . And a couple of plays on third down that we walked through also . . . And they created a check for it. Its just little things like that. Its either the best coaching in the world when you come up with situations that you had never seen before. Or youd seen it and knew what to do.
Like I said, Kurt Warner is arguably the most honest, stand up guy ever to play in the NFL and the last guy to accuse anyone of cheating.
Same with Faulk and Issac Bruce and others that have said the same thing.
Have the Patriots won a SB since the Spygate scandal broke?

“Arlen Specter heard that explanation from Goodell on Wednesday. On Thursday, Specter said, “The words absurd and ridiculous keep coming to my mind because he [Goodell] says it with a straight face.”
Specter said it was unsettling to learn that the tapes, as well as notes, turned over by the Patriots in September had been destroyed in Foxborough, Mass., rather than in the league’s New York offices. Aiello said that the documents and tapes were destroyed after they were reviewed by NFL officials Jeffrey Pash and Ray Anderson and that the call to destroy the material came from Goodell, saying “There’s no further use for it, so he said get rid of it.”
Specter said the league’s suggestion that the material, particularly the notes dating to the 2002 season, was destroyed because it might have afforded a competitive advantage is unbelievable.
“Everything has changed,” he said. “Nobody could use those — they are scrap paper — except [as] evidence.”
With the evidence destroyed, Specter said there is no way to tell what advantage the Patriots might have gained in the illegal taping practice.”
Again, why destroy the evidence?
Would that fly in a court of law?
Of course not. Not only that, destroying evidence would land you in jail.
If there’s nothing to see, why was the evidence destroyed?
And that’s the evidence that was turned over to the NFL
What else wasn’t?
And again, anyone that thinks Billicheck did it just once is very naive or gullible.
The evidence against Billicheck and the Patriots is overwhelming. Too bad it was destroyed and no one except for a select few have seen it and that no one ever will, even US Congressman Arlen Spector and Patrick Leahy.
Whaaaaa!
Hahahahahaha!
My God, what a loser.
Nice screed. Silly, but long.
