how bout if it was carol that killed off that band of folks before the governor’s group got their stuff? that would be an interesting story twist. joins up with the governor.

Did they ever explain the headless corpses in the previous episode? Who was doing it and why? The ones that had the signs “liar”, “rapist”, etc.
