Glad you found the outfit Marissa liked. That’s the most important thing. If they like it, we can all be happy. I remember being a teenager all those years ago and Mama and I didn’t like the same clothes for me (in some instances). But I’ll have to give her credit.....she was a great seamstress and I did have some cute clothes. My friends always would say they were jealous ‘cause their Mom’s couldn’t sew. She made a lot of my high school evening dresses and I have to say, they were gorgeous. (and I can’t hardly sew a button on).....isn’t that strange?

My mother was a beautiful seamstress. She made my graduation dress. We saw a dress that I liked but it was pretty expensive. She looked it over and when she got home, she took a basic pattern and made some changes and ..... viola... my dress looked better than what I picked because of the material she chose.

Marissa has been keeping me on the run this year. I’m not sure how to slow her down.

Hope you are doing well; Wishing you a beautiful Christmas Season .... the most Joyful time of the year.
