You can't amp up the charges on a petty theft case. These stories are contrived, just as many things the left does are contrived and faked. You can't change a misdemeanor to a felony unless there was a felony committed, in the case of Zimmerman the charges should never have been brought but the fact that he shot someone could easily be construed as a felony, not so when we are talking about stealing a slice of pizza.
These people did something other that what is being reported, period, that is why they went to jail for life.
You’re welcome to try and find what else he was found guilty of, because the judge wouldn’t find him guilty of something more than a misdemeanor, if that is all the prosecutor charged him with.
