Green tea is a deadly poison to me. I am on anti-coagulants and my INR readings have been way too low, even though I have been taking a lot of extra “rat poison” to get the reading back up.
Then I found Green Tea is loaded with vitamin K, which helps coagulation in normal people, but causes clots in my blood system. I had been drinking lots of green tea, but no more.
What’s INR readings? I’m on Plavix so maybe I shouldn’t drink tea?

if your green tea has arsenic or lead in it, not so good.
