A lot of sites cannot afford the bandwidth to allow visitors to link photos directly from their site (hot link), so they have web bots that break the link.

It is best to use an image host such as tinypic or imgur or Photobucket. Small numbers of photos can be hosted for free. You will be nagged to pay a
fee for additional band width. This can be avoided by using multiple image hosts. But they’ll all still nag you, LOL!

Also, you can get a free app, FireShot, and save pictures to your downloads file. Then you can add them to your image host.

Okay, I get it. I only use other sites when there’s nothing cute enough on “I Can Has Cheezburger.”
