In a few years, we'll have a position opening up for a "dive-glommer". That's a guy who goes a little deep into the atmosphere of Venus to retrieve automated grab-all shovels which descend to the surface, grab a bite of dirt and gravel, and then inflate a balloon with nitrogen to float upward again.
Sometimes the load is a little heavier than it should be, and the grab-all doesn't get all the way up to the cooler heights, just floating around in the higher-pressure, hotter elevations.
They're easy to find; just ping 'em with your radar, (they have corner reflectors), and pick 'em up, then float back up to the cooler temperatures yourself.
It's not really difficult or dangerous, unless you're unlucky.
“Unless you’re unlucky.”
I promised to stay away from them!
