New York can’t regulate property in Wyoming.
If you plan on moving out of NY in the next few years, such a facility would be useful. If you don't...what's the point? (my guns are locked up 2,000 miles away where no one will ever fire or even see them...yay!)
The vast majority of NYC gun owners who receive such letters will either sell their forbidden firearms out-of-state, or turn them in.
