Obvious troll is obvious. Here's the line that settles it for me:

5. An income tax equal to 4% of an individual’s income will be assessed by all gun owners.

If you're dumb enough to try to incite 2A advocates, at LEAST use the proper preposition. This reads that gun owners would be assessing the income tax. This is very obviously a ruse. Move along.
