I just watched this: (Spoilers) Making Of The Walking Dead 4x05 "Internment" (HD) and apparently it is turning him into a kung fu master.

He’s even gotten really good at bending over, getting down on the floor and up, and running all on a prosthetic leg that they just happened to find somewhere!
