They are a smart, loyal little dog. I have never heard of a Jack Russel attacking a person - although they can be a danger to small animals such as cats - that’s the reality of life in the animal kingdom.
The thought of Patches running away terrified after being shot, and dying of her wounds in hiding, is heart breaking.
