There was recent all hands pinning ceremony where a male LCDR was pinned to CDR. The CDR doing the pinning also male and apparently the LCDRs significant other, kissed him on the lips and congratulated him.
How anyone could consider these two officers, let alone respect them is beyond me. Sickening to say the least.
