Good morning, TCP. Happy Baptismal Birthday! I don’t remember the date of mine. It was more than 55 years ago. Hope you enjoy your special Monday.
It is going to be tough to persevere thru the next 3+ years. Right now, my goal is to change the Congressional makeup in 2014. If we don’t change it then, we may be forced to live under the results of Obama’s Agenda for many years.
Go Tea Party!!
I found out my baptismal birthday last fall when I was joining my church. I asked my Mom if she had my certificate of baptism. She gave me a pretty little book (antique like I am) and within it’s pretty pages, is a page with the date, place, my sponsors and even a raised embossed seal from Trinity Lutheran Church. It’s such a nicely preserved (unlike me!) book I had it out on the piano for a long time so I could see it.
I never even thought of the date of baptism until I joined this church. They celebrate baptismal birthdays, and your name and date of baptism gets put in the bulletin during the week of your baptism date.
Cheers...TCP
