Update on my #16 from the link to the last thread:
The Schlotzsky’s Sandwich recipe - imo, 5 buns is just a weird number to make so add another <1/4 C flour to get 6 sourdough buns. This recipe is now a staple and is a no fail. Top of my fav list.
I printed out that recipe when you originally posted it. Finally, now that the weather is getting cooler, I will get to try it out.
