You haven't been around long enough to notice all the missing names who thought they could impose their truth on the owner of the site? It always goes the same way. This thread is the way it begins.

I have been around at least 14 years so I’ve seen it. I’m a good donor and if JimRob wants to throw me off for not calling homosexuals names, he can. I love FR but I have homosexuals in my circle of people I also love. People with sexual response to those of their same gender — some who do not act upon it as well.
Sorry; I don’t think we need to call people with differences names. My child with disabilities doesn’t need to be called a moron. Shep smith doesn’t need to be called a fudge packer. It is the one place I differ with many freepers. I am extremely committed to conservative principles.

Homosexuality doesn’t appear to be genetic, as your studies point out. It seems to be a brain response - like flipping or not flipping a switch - to either hormones or plastics in a woman’s (the mother’s) womb. That is the best we’ve got right now.

I agree with every word of your post. It is absolutely ridiculous to expect people to put up with your sexuality if they disagree on a moral or religious ground. And it affects them (such as renting the other half of your duplex).
And there is little more abhorrent than a so-called Pride Parade.

The gay agenda is wrong — though it is obviously working. For example, I actually watched Glee (never seen an entire episode before) the night they were going to kill off their deceased actor’s character. (Very disappointed that there was no death scene - he had “already passed” and not even his show parents “knew why.” Just a lot of sobbing.). Well, just about every character on that show is gay! Really? How is that real life?
I doubt I have ever watched a complete episode, but others here have and I always felt it to be the worst show I have ever heard. lol.
It's a great time of year for a straw man. That is not what he is saying. I don't have the inclination to call homosexuals names nor do I. I don't broach the subject. I do know, that the political organizations formed around that lifestyle oppose my politics and beliefs.
My original post is about what happens, not about my opinions on the subject or even a criticism of you.
You have never heard the Ellen DeGeneris sitcom. Believe me, it makes it almost worth it to sleep on the recliner. I'd rather watch three Ingmar Bergman movies, and a season of The Gilmore Girls than one episode of that show.

And I am with you. I agree about the political agenda. I probably differ from some FReepers in that I am ok with anyone living their lives as they see fit if it doesn’t actively harm those outside of their lives.

Identical twins? Maybe it does or maybe it doesn’t. Of course there are people with homosexual leanings who choose to live hetero. And is each twin’s utero environment the same? Not always. It will need more determination.
