The “plausible deniability” card (using a pregnant diabetic - I'll take "people most likely to faint" for $1000, Alex) has the added bonus of generating righteous indignation toward anyone who would dare suggest a con.

Of course the fact that they stuck a pregnant diabetic up there to stand in a crowd in the sun, right behind the POTUS and in front of the entire world/media... geez, any average person would be nervous and stressed from the glare of such a spotlight, so how much more so a *pregnant diabetic* (should we even question if that much is true)?

Who thinks up that kind of staging? You're left with choosing between uncaring, indifferent morons or unscrupulous manipulators. Or all of the above.
