If the people of Nova Scotia want to ban the harvest of albino animals, they can do that. Until then, bring on the albino moose burger. It can't taste worse than any other moose.
You line of thinking, in the end, would lead to people making many Moose-steaks, and might be thought of as a moose-steaken policy measure.
